Support includes database and application server maintenance and upgrades, migration to milCloud, and VDI imaging to support the telework during the pandemic.

Presented options such as 1) classic design with easy navigation and web page driven for quick data retrieval and 2) Dashboard driven design using open source and a modern UI with human centric design based on budget and best fit for their environment.

Agile support includes use of user stories, providing in-depth code reviews, resolving bugs requirements analysis and acceptance criteria, and researching innovative solutions to outdated code.
