  • Supported SDLC development, Sustainment work, and Tier II and Tier III support for over 50 contract management cold fusion and java applications, COGNOS metrics and 1200 reports. We currently provide IT Operations and Maintenance support for a user base of 10,000 users.  Support includes database and application server maintenance and upgrades, migration to milCloud, and VDI imaging to support the telework during the pandemic.

  • Provided Release management and project management support as part of the HUD – MFDCS team, responsible for HUD’s Multifamily Quarterly application releases.  Supported SharePoint website maintenance and weekly database script QA and deployments in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Supported pre-cloud migration analysis of the CPTrack application, used to track environmental or safety noncompliance findings. Provide an agile schedule and database review.  Presented options such as 1) classic design with easy navigation and web page driven for quick data retrieval and 2) Dashboard driven design using open source and a modern UI with human centric design based on budget and best fit for their environment.

  • Supports TSO as a HUBZone preferred subcontractor via our Joint Venture (ERCJV) in the development, design, production and maintenance support of information personnel and accounting technology systems USMC, DoD components, services and agencies using Java from development to Production.  Agile support includes use of user stories, providing in-depth code reviews, resolving bugs requirements analysis and acceptance criteria,  and researching innovative solutions to outdated code.
